Formula 1 Grande Prêmio de São Paulo 2026
Cashless Card Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions of Use of the Cashless Consumption Card (“Cashless Card Terms” or “Terms”) establish the rules applicable to the use of the Cashless Consumption Card (“Cashless Card” or simply “Card”) during the FORMULA 1 MSC CRUISES GRANDE PRÊMIO DE SÃO PAULO 2026 (the “Event” or “São Paulo GP”), to be held on November 6, 7 and 8, 2026, at the José Carlos Pace Circuit (“Circuit”), in Interlagos, São Paulo, Brazil.
“Client” means a person who purchased or obtained a ticket for the Event and collected the Cashless Card.
The use of the Cashless Card is mandatory for the purchase of food and beverages in sectors A, G, H, N, R, M, T, Porto Bank Grandstand, Heineken Village Gramado, and Fanzone (together, the “Sectors”). The Cashless Card is valid only for the three days of the Event and may not be used outside the Event or at future editions. It operates like a prepaid debit card, with the amount of each purchase automatically deducted from the available balance.
By collecting the Cashless Card, the Client acknowledges that they have had access to, read, understood and fully accepted these Cashless Card Terms, including the provisions regarding refunds of any remaining balance at the end of the Event. These Terms will be available on the Official Event Website and at the Card pickup and reload points.

RELOADS
1.1 First Reload
If the first reload of the Cashless Card is made in person at the Event or at the pickup point at Shopping Market Place (Av. Dr. Chucri Zaidan, 902, São Paulo/SP), a refundable deposit of R$5.00 (five Brazilian reais) will be charged. The deposit will be refunded in cash upon return of the Cashless Card at any fixed cashier in the corresponding Sectors, until the end of the last day of the Event.
NOTE: No deposit will be charged if the first reload is made in advance through the website by 11:59 p.m. on November 4, 2026.
1.2 Linking the Client to the Card
The Client must link their CPF (Brazilian taxpayer identification number) or, in the case of foreign Clients, a valid identification document (“ID”), to the Cashless Card at the time of the first reload. This association will be used to identify the cardholder and is required for the secure processing of any refund.
NOTE: Any registration errors or discrepancies may be corrected upon proof of ownership. The intentional submission of false information or the inability to prove ownership may prevent the refund from being processed.
1.3 Loading and Reloading the Card
Before the Event, the following reload options will be available:
- Online advance reload: through the website.
- Advance reload at Shopping Market Place.
During the Event, fixed cashiers will be available in all Sectors for Cashless Card pickup, loading and reloading. They will accept cash, debit cards and credit cards.
2. Card Picard Pickup
2.1 Pickup at Shopping Markt Place
Clients are encouraged to collect their Cashless Card in advance, by November 7, 2026, at the pickup point at Shopping Market Place, in order to avoid queues and ensure a smoother experience at the Event.
2.2 Initial Loading Requirement
Pickup requires an initial credit load, which may be completed:
- In advance, through the website [LINK];
- In person, at the pickup point at Shopping Market Place; or
-
During the Event.
2.3 Pickup by Third Parties
A third party may collect the Cashless Card on the Client’s behalf by presenting all of the following documents:
- An official photo identification document of the Cardholder, showing the CPF or ID linked to the Card;
- The confirmation email containing the QR Code generated by the advance purchase; and
- An official photo identification document of the person collecting the Card.
Failure to present any of these documents will prevent the Cashless Card from being handed over to the third party.
3. Responsibility for, Loss of And Damage To the Card
3.1 Responsibility for the Cashless Card
The Client is responsible for the safekeeping and use of the Cashless Card. In the event of loss, misplacement, theft or robbery, the Client must report the incident at a fixed cashier available during the Event.
The Event Promoter will not be responsible for purchases made before the incident is reported and the Card can technically be blocked. Loss, misplacement, theft or robbery will not prevent a refund of the remaining balance, provided that the Cardholder can be identified and the corresponding balance can be located in the system.
3.2 Damaged Cards
Damage to the Cashless Card will not prevent a refund of the remaining balance, provided that the Cardholder can be identified and the corresponding balance can be located in the system. If the damage prevents either of these verifications, the refund cannot be processed.
4. Refunds
4.1 Refunds Request
Any remaining balance on the Cashless Card, regardless of the loading method, will be refunded upon completion and submission of the form available at f1saopaulo.com.br/cashless (the “Refund Form”), from November 9 to November 27, 2026. After this period, the Client must contact the official customer service channel indicated in Section 6.1 for further guidance.
4.2 Cardholder Identification
The Cashless Card must be linked to the Client’s CPF or, in the case of a foreign Client, to the ID provided at the time of the initial reload. This information will be used to identify the Cardholder and process the refund.
4.3 Registration Discrepancies
If errors or discrepancies are identified in the information provided, the refund will only be processed after the information has been corrected or documents have been submitted that allow the Cardholder and the remaining balance to be verified.
4.4 Refund Processing
The refund will be processed by the partner company Zig Pay, whose name will appear on the corresponding bank statement.
4.5 Foreing Clients
Foreign Clients must request a refund in person at a fixed cashier designated for this purpose during the days of the Event.
4.6 Lost or Damaged Cards and Balance Transfers
In the event of loss of or damage to the Cashless Card, a refund may be requested through the Refund Form, provided that the Cardholder and the remaining balance can be identified. If a balance transfer takes place during the Event, the refund will include only the balance available on the destination Card, without duplication of amounts.
4.7 Refund Processing Period
Refunds requested through the Refund Form and duly validated will be processed between November 30, 2026, and January 6, 2027. Requests requiring the correction of information or the submission of additional documents may be completed at a later date.
5. Data Protection
5.1 Personal data provided by the Client will be processed for registration and linking of the Cashless Card, fraud prevention, refund processing, customer service, and compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.
5.2 Personal data may be shared with Zig Pay and other service providers involved in the operation of the Cashless Card and the processing of refunds, in accordance with the stated purposes and applicable security measures.
